2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking

2.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation
• Full payment is due 30 days before arrival
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card
• Prices are in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and additional charges)

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property with respect and care
• Comply with maximum occupancy limits
• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
• Not smoke inside the accommodations
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Supervise children at all times, especially around pools
• Follow all house rules provided at check-in

5. Liability and Damages

5.1 Guest Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay. Villa Stella reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items.

5.2 Our Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment:

• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Guests use pool and recreational facilities at their own risk
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from guest negligence
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control (power outages, water supply issues, etc.)

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

8. Modification of Terms
